Holding her beloved pooch, Charlie, the pregnant star, 29, looked dazzling in an electric-blue Jason Wu shift dress and mesh Dior pumps -- but the huge diamond ring on her wedding finger nearly stole the show.

Portman met New York City Ballet dance/choreographer Millepied, 33, on the set of Black Swan (in which the Frenchman had a small role) back in 2009 -- and the sparks were immediate and obvious, a set source says in the new Us Weekly.

"It was seductive to watch them. There was no way the attraction could be missed. I don't think he could help himself -- she's dazzling!" the source says.
