Natalie Portman is relieved her nights of "drunken partying" have always gone under the radar.

The American actress is currently promoting her movie Black Swan, in which she plays a ballerina who struggles when she lands the lead role in Swan Lake. Natalie took the party seriously, practicing for hours to ensure she got the moves right and also sticking to a strict diet. Her performance has been lauded by critics, and she is tipped to receive an Oscar nomination. http://nataliaportman.blogspot.com/

Despite being dedicated to her craft, Natalie insists she knows how to have fun. She knows some people think she is dull, but has revealed she's just good at hiding her naughty nights out.

"I've been lucky in the sense that a lot of my wilder behaviour has happened away from the glare of the media," she explained. "I've had my years of dating and drunken night out partying but fortunately I wasn't under such scrutiny."

Much as she loves her job, Natalie found preparing for Black Swan tough. She got tired of eating so little food and doing so much exercise, and was devastated when she heard shooting had been changed.

"When Darren [Aronofsky, director] postponed the start date I screamed, 'You mean I have to keep eating carrot sticks and almonds for another month?!'" she is quoted as saying.
