The actress, who is tipped to win an Oscar next week to accompany her Bafta, Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild award for Black Swan, was seen strolling around Manhattan with her fiancé Benjamin Millepied.
The Oscar nominee was looking far from glamorous during award season though, and dressed down in tracksuit bottoms, trainers and a modest winter coat.

The 29-year-old tried to stay incognito in aviator sunglasses as she walked hand in hand with her choreographer beau Benjamin, 33.
Natalie did glam-up to receive her Golden Globe award last month but the beauty recently admitted that she dreads red carpet events because she becomes paranoid that she’ll trip in front of paparazzi.
‘There’s so much going on, I’ll just try and not trip at any point! I’m trying to protect my future child’, she said.
Director Darren Aronofsky accepted Natalie’s Bafta for her on Sunday night, who said she ‘shared her heart and soul and spirit with me and the world.’

Her portrayal of the lead ballerina in Swan Lake, who starts to lose her mind, has taken the award season by storm but the star seems to be struggling to attend events during her pregnancy.
Natalie is expecting her first child this summer and seems to be making the most of having time off work following her gruelling role in the psychological thriller.
To prepare for the role, she dropped 20 pounds and trained up to 16 hours a day to become a convincing ballerina.

She has said the entire experience had been one of the most difficult things she has ever experienced and said: ‘I was almost Method acting without intending to.
‘I do wonder now how people can do this kind of role when they have a family.’
The star is expected to attend the Academy Awards next Sunday, where she will be up against Annette Bening, Nicole Kidman, Jennifer Lawrence and Michelle Williams for best actress in a leading role.
